Method 1:
- Mustard oil (5 liters)
- Ginger (25 g), Garlic (25 g), Onion (25 g), Green chili (4 pcs), Cumin seeds (10 g)
Heat mustard oil on low flame, add all ingredients, and cook until golden brown. Cool and strain with a cloth. The oil is now ready for cooking and frying.
Method 2:
- Heat mustard oil to around 80°C (not full flame).
- Add powdered chalk (used for blackboards).
- Let it cool and strain with a thick cloth.
