PALAK PANEER RECIPE:

Green Cardamom

Bay Leaves

Cinnamon Stick

Half stick

Ginger

1 tbsp

Garlic

1 tbsp

Tomato

Green Chilli

Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp

Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp

Milk

1/2 kg

Dry Fenugreek (Methi)

2 tbsp

Whole Red Chillies

Method:


StepInstructions
1Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green cardamom, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick.
2Cook until onions turn light golden.
3Add ginger and garlic paste.
4Add tomatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
5Cook until the masala becomes thick and oil separates.
6Add paneer cubes and fry for 2 minutes. Remove paneer and keep aside.
7Add chopped spinach (after blanching and straining water).
8Cook for 5–7 minutes and then add milk.
9Add fried paneer back into the curry and mix gently.
10Add methi and whole red chillies. Cover for a few minutes.
11Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
