Ginger | 20–30 grams |
Tomato | 750 grams |
Green Chilli | 75 grams |
Oil | 1 cup |
Salt | To taste |
Step | Instructions |
1 | Heat oil in a pan or karahi. |
2 | Fry chicken for 1 minute in oil. |
3 | Blend tomato, ginger, and green chilli together. |
4 | Add the blended mixture to the chicken. |
5 | Add salt according to taste. |
6 | Cover and cook for 15–20 minutes on medium heat. |
7 | Check the chicken and serve it hot |
